Lily Ovrutskiy

Lily Ovrutskiy is an experienced Real Estate Broker currently at EXIT Realty DTC since October 2015, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with clients throughout the real estate process. With over 10 years in the industry, Lily's journey began as a Real Estate Agent for United Property Brokers, Inc. from July 2006 to January 2012, followed by ownership at Goldstone Realty, Inc. until October 2015. In addition to real estate, Lily has served as a Plan Services Account Coordinator at Empower Retirement since July 2008, where responsibilities include addressing various issues related to plan administration. Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Denver, earned between 2003 and 2007, and has been a Colorado resident since 2001.
