Before this role, Joseph was a self-employed real estate investor from 1995 to 2016, specializing in multi-unit residential properties, property management, and renovations. Previous experience includes ownership of a Snap-on Tool franchise from 1998 to 2008, where Joseph managed daily operations and developed sales strategies, as well as a brief tenure as a Realtor Sales Associate at Fillmore Real Estate in 2005-2006. Joseph holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kingsborough Community College and attended Lincoln Tech.
