Robert (Bob) Shirvanian, Jr.

Robert (Bob) Shirvanian, Jr. has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Robert (Bob) started their career as a Realtor at Camassa Realtors in 1978 and worked there until 1984. Robert (Bob) then joined East Coast Realty as a Realtor until 1987 when they started their own real estate firm called Shirvanian Realtors. After 20 years of running their own business, they became the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of EXIT Realty East Coast in 2007. Currently, they operate a multi-office independently owned and operated franchise in New Jersey as the Broker of Record. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in various areas such as residential and commercial sales, property management, investment properties, and rentals.

Robert (Bob) Shirvanian, Jr. completed their high school education at Shore Regional High School from 1969 to 1972. Robert (Bob) obtained a diploma with a focus on College Prep during this period. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Muhlenberg College from 1972 to 1976.
