Honora Giumenta is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, serving as Broker/Owner of Exit Realty First Choice since January 2005, which has been recognized as the 'BEST REAL ESTATE COMPANY' in Flagler County for nearly two decades. As a Franchisee of EXIT Realty Corp. International, Honora has also been an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors since 2004, playing a key role in establishing the local chapter and serving as its President in 2004/5. Owning the Giumenta School of Real Estate alongside their husband, Ric Giumenta, Honora has contributed to the education of aspiring REALTORS since its founding in 1991. Additionally, Honora has held several leadership positions within the Flagler County Association of REALTORS, including Immediate Past President and Public Policy Chair, and has represented the Florida Association of REALTORS in various capacities since 1989. Honora holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Iona University.
