Roman Davydov has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Roman Davydov started their career in 2000 at Century 21 AA as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Roman Davydov then worked as an Assistance Licensed Appraiser at East Coast Capital from April 2000 to November 2002. In 2001, Roman joined First Choice Real Estate as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, where they managed transactions, evaluated transaction documents, and coordinated contracts.

In 2005, Roman became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Roman Davydov transitioned to Exit Realty First Choice that same year, where they held the positions of CEO and Broker/Owner. Roman Davydov also became the CEO of Exit Realty Milestone in 2017, further showcasing their leadership abilities and expertise in the industry.

Throughout their career, Roman has demonstrated skills in market appraisal, property coordination, negotiation, and sales strategy. Their extensive experience and roles as CEO reflect their ability to effectively manage and lead within the real estate sector.

Roman Davydov attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies. Additionally, they have several additional certifications, including CDPE Certified, Licensed Appraiser, and Short Sale Specialist. Roman Davydov has also obtained various certifications related to the REO process, such as Equator Certified, Open Door Institute, REOMAC Certification for Cash for Keys & Personal Property Eviction, REOMAC Certification for Effective Communication for the REO Process, and RES.net Certified.
