John Schropp is the owner of John T Schropp Appraisals, an FHA-approved residential real estate appraisal company established in January 1997. In addition to running the appraisal business, John has extensive experience in real estate sales, serving as a sales agent at Exit Realty Professionals since 1992, and previously at Long & Foster Real Estate from 1996 to 2010, as well as at Rose & Krueth Real Estate from 1995 to 1996, where investment real estate was listed and sold. John's educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Business from the College of Southern Maryland and one year of study in Business at the University of Notre Dame.
