Tom began their career as a Sales Consultant at TMP Worldwide and has held various positions, including New Home Specialist and Internet Marketing Consultant, before establishing their leadership roles in the EXIT Realty network. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in History, English, and Irish Language from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
