Amanda Pasket, MBA, REALTOR® has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda started their career working as a Page Designer at Fayette County Newspapers from June 2010 to August 2015. Amanda then worked as a Graphic Designer at Heritage Printing from June 2017 to July 2018. Amanda also acted as an Assistant Director at Elgin Public Library from July 2017 to July 2022. Amanda co-founded The IDEA Exchange in March 2020 and worked as a Co-Founder. In November 2018, they joined EXIT Strategy Realty as a Graphic Designer and later became the Director of Marketing & Engagement in March 2023. Amanda is currently a Real Estate Salesperson at Jordan Real Estate, Inc since April 2023. Amanda has also worked as an Administrative/Legal Assistant, Fundraising and Representative Payee at GUARDIANS OF NORTHEAST IOWA INC since February 2023. Amanda's experience also includes being a Founder and Senior Graphic Designer at The Visual Element since January 2018. Lastly, they will start working as a Graphic Design adjunct professor at Upper Iowa University in August 2023.

Amanda Pasket, MBA, REALTOR®, has a strong educational background in organizational development, graphic design, and high school education. Amanda obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University in 2022. Prior to their MBA, Amanda completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design from the same university in 2009. Amanda had initially graduated from DeKalb High School in 2006, where they focused on Graphic Design as their field of study.

In addition to their academic achievements, Amanda has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Amanda has earned a Notary Public Commission from the Iowa Secretary of State in August 2022. Amanda also completed the "Leading Communities" program from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in November 2021. Furthermore, they hold a certification in Targeted Small Business from the Iowa Economic Development Authority, which they obtained in November 2019.
