Exit This Way Consulting is a specialized M&A Advisor for the private lower middle market. We were formed in 2009 with the objective of providing Merger and Acquisition services to the regional marketplaces in Western Canada. ETWC looks for every opportunity to work with exceptional companies that have a Cash Flow (EBITDA) range of $1MM to $50MM. We focus predominately on the manufacturing and wholesale distribution sectors, however we do work with businesses in other sectors. We generally avoid franchises and severely distressed companies.
