Isabel Matas

Isabel Matas started their work experience in 2009 as a Co-Founder/Director at Fundación Familia en Accion. Isabel then became a Program Director at the same organization until December 2012. In 2020, they worked as a Delivery Analyst/Communication Specialist at the RADC - Deloitte until March 2021. From March 2021 to August 2021, they worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at PhillyTech. Following that, they joined Globalization Partners as a Talent Acquisition Partner from August 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they are working at EXIT83 Consulting as a Director of Operations, starting in May 2022.

Isabel Matas completed their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Christian Vocational Academy from 2002 to 2004. Isabel later pursued an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary and Accounting Procedures from CENSA from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, Isabel also obtained several certifications including "Software Normalization for Software Asset Management" and "Vendor Risk Management Fundamentals" from ServiceNow in May 2020. Prior to that, in March 2015, they obtained the certification in "Induction to Pedagogical Processes" from SENA. In January 2015, they also obtained certifications in "Application of methodological tools in research: science, technology and innovation," "Human Pedagogy," "Pedagogic Strategies for the development of thought to enable effective learning," and "Pedagogic techniques and learning methods," all from SENA.
