Aidan McGowran

Aidan McGowran is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Vice President of AI Solutions Engineering at EXL since July 2025. Previously, Aidan held multiple leadership positions at Workhuman, including Senior Director of Architecture and Director of Enterprise Architecture, where responsibilities included establishing the Enterprise Architecture function and defining technology strategies. Aidan’s extensive experience also encompasses significant roles at Credit Suisse, where contributions included managing research operations and developing key publishing applications, as well as a strong foundation in software development from earlier positions at companies such as Fujitsu, TCS, Ericsson, Goodbody Stockbrokers, and Performix Technologies. Aidan holds an MSc in Data Analytics from Technological University Dublin and a B.Sc. in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
