Cesar Salas

Cesar Salas, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Human Resources Operations for the Americas at EXL since March 2024. Previously, Cesar held senior roles including Senior Director of Human Resources Operations at Fast Retailing (2022-2023), Head of HRIS Implementation for the Americas at A.P. Moller - Maersk (2020-2022), and Vice President of Human Resources at Hamburg Süd (2012-2020). Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for US & Latin America at LEO Pharma (2010-2012), Chief Human Resources Officer at International Meal Company (2009-2010), Director of Human Resources at Philips (2006-2009), and Director of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson (2001-2006). Cesar Salas holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration from CENTRUM PUCP, an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad ESAN, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
