Chris Lepore

Chris Lepore currently serves as Vice President of Health & Life Sciences - Client Engagement at EXL, where responsibility includes leading a globally dispersed team to enhance business outcomes and drive growth through specialized solutions in Digital Applications, AI & Machine Learning, Data Modernization, Enterprise Analytics, and Cloud Enablement. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Global Director of Enterprise Consulting Services at CBTS, overseeing a $150MM+ services portfolio focused on technology innovation and transformation. Chris also served as Regional Manager of Consulting Services at OnX Enterprise Solutions, where a significant emphasis was placed on customer success and building a solutions-led organization. Earlier career experience includes positions as Account Executive at The Judge Group and Director of Business Development at Adecco Technical. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
