Devraj Mani Tripathi

Devraj Mani Tripathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management across various sectors, including BFSI, healthcare, and insurance. As Vice President II at EXL since April 2018, Devraj oversees the service delivery for key client accounts in the Philippines and South Africa, managing over 1200 FTEs and achieving significant improvements in financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Devraj served as Assistant Vice President at GENPACT, where responsibilities included leading complex project implementations and process improvements across multiple geographies. Earlier experiences include roles at EXL in migration leadership, Hewlett-Packard as a project manager, Firstsource Solutions in solution design, and Shell Transources in business development. Devraj holds an MBA in Marketing from Alliance Business School.
