Don Vadakan

Don Vadakan is an experienced executive in the field of analytics and growth, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at EXL. Previously, Don held the position of Deputy Chief at Plainsboro Rescue Squad Inc. and was the Vice President heading Growth & Customer Success at Tiger Analytics. Don also served as Chief Sales Officer at Fractal Analytics and led Sales for Financial Services at Capgemini. Don holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), obtained between 1993 and 1996.
