Gary Ruffinelli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience transformation and technology solutions across various sectors, including capital markets, insurance, and healthcare. Currently serving as Vice President of Advanced Digital Solutions for CX Transformation at EXL, Gary leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on SaaS modernization and AI-driven strategies. Previously, as Senior Director of Customer Engagement Platforms at Ultimate Medical Academy, Gary spearheaded the transformation of customer experience technology, integrating advanced AI capabilities. Gary's background also includes managing global telecom infrastructure for Flight Centre Travel Group and serving as Regional Director for a non-profit organization, where cross-functional initiatives were enhanced.
