Ismail Samsodien

Ismail Samsodien currently serves as the Lead Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition at EXL since April 2023, after previously holding the role of Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to EXL, Ismail worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ICG Medical from December 2022 to April 2023. Experience in the human resources field includes positions at Cenfri as both a Human Resource Generalist & Recruiter and a Human Resource Administrator & Recruiter from January 2019 to December 2022. Ismail began the career journey as a Junior Talent Consultant and Administrator at Career Custodians from February 2018 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Telemarketing Supervisor at TFG (The Foschini Group) from June 2012 to December 2017. Ismail holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and Tourism from the University of the Western Cape, earned between 2015 and 2017.
