Laveena Bhatia

Laveena Bhatia is an experienced HR professional with a background in talent acquisition and corporate hiring. Laveena began an HR internship at HDFC Life in March 2014, followed by a brief internship at Telenity in June 2011. After that, Laveena worked at Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd from April 2015 to October 2016, managing end-to-end hiring processes. From October 2016 to March 2019, Laveena served as Assistant Manager of Corporate Hiring at Channelplay Limited, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring quality hires, and managing the interview process. Laveena then advanced to become a Manager of Corporate Hiring at EXL from July 2021 to November 2022.
