Nathan Pillay is an accomplished Human Capital Leader and Chartered HR Professional with over two decades of experience across various sectors, including financial services, banking, and retail. Currently serving as the SA Vice President of Human Resources at EXL, Nathan has held significant roles such as Head of Human Resources at Momentum Health Solutions and Acting Head of HR Business Partnering at Metropolitan Health. Nathan possesses a robust educational background with degrees from Stellenbosch University and the University of the Western Cape, including a B Comm in HR Management and a B Comm (Honours) in Industrial Psychology.
