Parul Dhir

Parul Dhir, GPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global business HR and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President - Global Business HR at EXL since July 2025, Parul previously held the position of Director at Acuity Knowledge Partners from June 2007 to June 2025, leading initiatives in Employee Engagement, Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Parul began the career as a Human Resource Consultant at Abacus Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2007. Parul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a Master of Arts in the same field from the University of Delhi.
