Bianca Lagemann

Bianca Lagemann is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Infineon Technologies, Bianca oversees global HR initiatives for both Operations and Automotive sectors, following a progression from Senior Director to Vice President roles. Prior to Infineon, Bianca held senior HR positions at EADS, where responsibilities included HR strategy, competency development, and program management for talent and leadership initiatives. Bianca's career began in the late 1990s in HR management roles at companies including Sport1 GmbH & Co KG and debis IT Services.
