Mr. Kapoor is the co-founder & CEO of Exlservice Inc. Prior to founding EXL, Mr. Kapoor served in various senior executive roles at Bank of America and Deutsche Bank both in America and in Asia.

He led the IPO of EXL in 2006 and was instrumental in consummating several early stage acquisitions that resulted in enabling strong growth areas for EXL. A forward-thinking leader with expertise in identifying market trends, Mr. Kapoor has dramatically scaled EXL’s investment in areas such as advanced automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence, to position EXL into a strategic digital transformation partner. His prescient strategic decisions have propelled EXL for a 10x growth since the IPO employing over 32,000 professionals serving clients across five continents.

Mr. Kapoor serves on the Board of the America India Foundation (AIF), a non for profit organization leveraging the cross border bridge between US and India. He also was the Lead Independent Director on the Board of CA Technologies (acquired by Broadcom in 2018).

Mr. Kapoor graduated as a mechanical engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
