Sanjay Dutt is the current Senior Vice President and Global Head of Capability Development & Digital HR Operations at EXL. Sanjay has over 20 years of experience in various Human Resources roles. 

Dutt started their career in 1992 as Business Group Head - Performance Consulting and Leadership Development at NIS Sparta. Sanjay then spent six years as Director - Global Learning, Performance Enhancement and Employee Engagement at [American Express](/org/american-express) from 1999 to 2006. In this role, they were responsible for global performance enhancement. 

In 2006, Dutt transitioned to [Accenture](/org/accenture), where they spent three years as Senior Executive & Lead - Capability Development. In this role, they headed capability development globally for the company's Business Process Outsourcing division. 

After leaving [Accenture](/org/accenture) in 2009, Dutt became CEO of RvaluE Learning System, a company that provides capability development and performance consulting and training services. Sanjay held this position for one year before becoming an independent consultant in 2010. 

Dutt rejoined the corporate world in 2011 when they assumed their current role at EXL. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing the company's digital HR strategy.

Sanjay Dutt studied at the Hindu College of the [University of Delhi](/org/university-of-delhi), where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronics. Sanjay also attended the Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram, where they completed their Class 12th in Sciences. Sherri Walsh is EXL’s Senior Vice President, Healthcare and Chief Nursing Officer, and is in charge of guiding and shaping our strategy, capabilities and operational excellence around clinical care standards and how they are delivered to our clients. Sherri brings to EXL over 25 years of industry expertise in the Healthcare space, having most recently led clinical operations for [Prime Therapeutics](/org/prime-therapeutics). Prior to [Prime Therapeutics](/org/prime-therapeutics), Sherri held various leadership positions within several leading healthcare organizations spanning the payor and provider markets. Sherri held both product and operations leadership roles at [UnitedHealth Group](/org/unitedhealth-group) focusing on clinical transformation. She was an Administrator at Minnesota Oncology and Hematology, a specialty medical group focused on treating cancer. She began her career as a Nurse and Director in Fairview Health Services, one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in Minnesota. In each of these roles, Sherri was recognized for delivering exceptional results due to her ability to bridge the gap between business, clinical, technology and client needs.

Sherri also has a passion for giving back to the community. She is an active Committee Member of “The Women’s Health Leadership TRUST”, a Minneapolis based organization supporting the careers of women leaders in Healthcare. She also served for over 20 years of as a volunteer firefighter and first responder, where she became the first female to hold the ranks of Lieutenant, Captain, and Assistant Fire Chief in her fire department.

She has an associate degree in nursing from the Normandale Community College and an MBA from [Cardinal Stritch University](/org/cardinal-stritch-university), Milwaukee, WI.



Sherri Walsh

Anita M. Mahon is Executive Vice President and Head of Healthcare for EXL. Anita ensures that the strategic plan executes on the overall growth goals of the Company. She is a member of the Executive Committee and works closely with the sales and business teams to implement long- term strategy and drive the next phase of growth for EXL. Anita also leads marketing, sales and business development for EXL. 

Prior to EXL, Anita served as Vice President, Data, Strategy & Portfolio Officer for IBM Watson Health. In this role, Anita was responsible for driving alignment across business strategies and data competencies, ensuring that protection of data is the first priority. While at Watson Health, Anita also served as Chief Marketing Officer and led Value-based-care strategy and marketing. 

Anita joined IBM with its acquisition of Truven Health Analytics in April 2016. As Chief Strategy Officer at Truven, Anita led the definition and implementation of the company's corporate growth strategy, integrating market, business, and technology trends to establish company priorities. She also led corporate development, including acquisitions, brand strategy, and corporate marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Truven Health in 2006, she served as Executive Director in market strategy, product management, and software development roles at an advanced telecommunications research & development, software, and consulting business that is now part of [Ericsson](/org/ericsson). 

Anita earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science degree in computer science from [Columbia University](/org/columbia-university), and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computer science from [Manhattan College](/org/manhattan-college).

Andy Logani has a proven track record of leading business growth by generating profitable new revenue streams, building effective delivery teams, and driving disruptive and innovative business models.

He has over 18 years of client management, operations and consulting experience in the Insurance industry and has demonstrated expertise across a broad set of domain areas including capability sourcing, Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Andy has previously established and successfully delivered a $200MM transformation program for a Global Insurance Carrier. He has also helped multiple carriers in designing and deploying enterprise wide RPA Center of Excellence.  In his current role, Andy is the Global Head of Client Management & Business Development for the Life & Annuities vertical. He is responsible for managing a $120 million
L&A portfolio. He also drives L&A strategy and transformation offering. Andy represents EXL frequently in industry forums and conferences.  Andy is a Bachelor in Commerce and holds an MBA in International Business. He is a certified Black Belt from Motorola University.

Andy Logani

Bhavna Newle Chopra is Senior Vice President in Operations Management Department and leads several strategic initiatives. She has a sound understanding of operational parameters, such as client relationship, migrations, workforce planning & optimization and Six Sigma-based process improvement.

A certified Green Belt, Bhavna has held a variety of cross functional leadership positions at EXL, WNS and GE Capital International Services. She has a history of successfully leading large teams, delivering financial results and driving organizational efficiency by redesigning process and leveraging technology.



Bhavna Newle Chopra

Ms. Pipes has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2021. She retired in April 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Committee of [Deloitte](/org/deloitte) Consulting LLP, a $10 billion company and the largest business unit within the broader U.S. [Deloitte](/org/deloitte) Firm. Prior to [Deloitte](/org/deloitte), Ms. Pipes held senior management positions at Transamerica Life and First Interstate Bank of California. She currently serves on two other public company boards: PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYSE: PSB) where she is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of its Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and [Public Storage](/org/public-storage) (NYSE: PSA) where she is also Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of its Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee.

Kristy Pipes

Ms. Minto has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2013. Ms. Minto is a qualified lawyer and member of the Law Society of Scotland. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and the City and Guilds of London Institute. She was Group Director Human Resources and a member of the executive committee at Centrica plc from 2002 until her retirement in 2011. Ms. Minto previously held senior management roles at Shell UK and Smiths Group plc and was Deputy Director-General of the Engineering Employer’s Federation. She served as a non-executive director of Shire Plc until 2019.Based in the UK, Ms. Minto is a non-executive director of Tate & Lyle plc (LSE: TATE) where she serves Chairman of Remuneration Committees of both companies. She is also non-executive director of the Court of the University of Aberdeen and Chairman of the University of Aberdeen Development Trust. She was awarded an OBE in 2000 for services to the engineering industry in the UK.



Anne E. Minto

Ms. Studenmund joined the EXL board of directors in September, 2018. She has a broad background as both a public board member and C-suite operating executive, primarily in digital, financial services, health care, and consumer businesses.

In 2019 she joined the board of Pacific Premier Bancorp (NASDAQ: PPBI), a top performing regional bank based in Southern California. Since 2012, she has served on the board for CoreLogic, Inc. (NYSE: CLGX), a leading provider of property data, analytics, and services. Since 2004, she has been a board member for Western Asset Management funds, one of the largest global fixed income investment managers. Prior board service includes Pinnacle Entertainment, LifeLock, Orbitz Worldwide, eHarmony, and aQuantive. In the non-profit area, Ms. Studenmund is a life trustee and board Chair at Huntington Hospital, a leading regional, teaching hospital and is a founder and board member for the Enduring Heroes Foundation. She is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow.



Jaynie M. Studenmund

Mr. Ostler has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2007. At the time of his retirement in 2011, Mr. Ostler was a Group Executive Vice President of [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo) & Co., Vice Chairman of [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo) Bank California NA, and President of [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo) Family Wealth. Mr. Ostler served in many capacities during his forty years tenure with [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo), including Vice Chairman in the Office of the President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Auditor, Head of Retail Branch Banking, Head of Information Technology, Head of Institutional and Personal Investments and Head of Internet Services. He also served on the Senior Management Committee of [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo) for over twenty-five years. Mr. Ostler has served on several for-profit and non-profit boards of directors, including the board of McClatchy Company (NYSC: MINI) until Sep 2020.



Clyde W. Ostler

Mr. Pandit also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Orogen Group, an operating company he created in 2016 that makes significant long-term strategic investments in financial services companies and related businesses. Early in his career, Vikram worked at [Morgan Stanley](/org/morgan-stanley) where he ultimately became President and Chief Operating Officer of the institutional securities and investment banking businesses. Vikram was appointed CEO of [Citigroup](/org/citigroup) in 2007 and led the company during the financial crisis, successfully reorganizing and revitalizing Citi before leaving in October 2012.

Mr. Pandit is a member of the Board of Directors of [Westcor Land Title Insurance Company](/org/westcor-land-title-insurance-company) and JM Financial Credit Solutions Ltd. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School and a member of the Board of Visitors of the Columbia School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Vikram S. Pandit

Mr. Mittal has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2013. Mr. Mittal has more than 30 years of experience in and has held various corporate leadership roles in the IT industry, including at companies such as [Wipro](/org/wipro), Digital, [Compaq](/org/compaq) and HP. He has directly managed and been intimately associated with the outsourcing industry. Mr. Mittal served as Chairman & President of National Association of Software and Services Companies ("NASSCOM"), a trade body for the IT and business process management industries in India from 2008 through January 2014. He also has an extensive experience in the engineering and automotive sectors, having held executive roles with Larsen and Tourbo, [Escorts](/org/escorts) and [Denso](/org/denso-corp). Mr. Mittal was appointed as a board member to Cyient Ltd. (NSE: CYIENT) in April 2014, TATA SIA Airlines in July 2015, and [Sheela Foam Ltd](/org/sheela-foam-ltd). (NSE: SFL) in June 2016. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and also served as an Independent Director of [Axis Bank](/org/axis-bank) (NSE: Axis) from October 2011 till 2019. Mr. Mittal has been a committee member with the Indian Prime Minister's National e-Governance Program and has been part of several committees of the Government of India. Besides being an Advisor to several companies, he is a Member of the Governing Body of [Axis Bank](/org/axis-bank) Foundation a non-Profit organization and also deeply associated with technical education as he is on the Board of Governors of several academic institutions.



Som Mittal

Ajay Ayyappan is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He is a member of the Executive Committee and serves as Global Head of the Legal function with responsibility for all legal matters. He leads a team of over 25 attorneys and other legal professionals across EXL operations. Ajay joined EXL in 2007 as an Assistant General Counsel, and immediately prior to his current role he was Deputy General Counsel of the company. Ajay has over 16 years of experience across M&A, commercial contracting, securities, regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial work. He started his career in 2002 as a Corporate Associate at the New York offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Ajay holds a Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law where he served as an Editor of the Law Review, and a B.A. from [Binghamton University](/org/binghamton-university).



Ajay Ayyappan

Kini is the global leader for EXL’s emerging business that cuts across all industry verticals, where he owns sales, client relationship management, product development and service delivery. He joined EXL in 2001 and has built market-leading capabilities in F&A, including finance transformation and risk advisory services for global clients. In his earlier role, Kini incubated and grew a high impact CFO consulting business from 0 to 250+ consultants with a number of F500 clients. As part of the leadership team of an early start up company, Kini led and supported various strategic initiatives, including raising venture capital, strategic sale of the company and buy-back and recapitalization.

Kini has over 20 years of experience in CFO services outsourcing, public accounting, consulting, financial management and risk advisory services. Prior to joining EXL, he has worked with two of the Big 4 accounting firms in their business assurance and consulting divisions where he extensively served varied clients in financial services, manufacturing, retail, and the energy sector. Kini is an industry recognized thought leader and has been a speaker on leading edge topics such as the Changing Role of the CFO, Digital Finance Transformation, Finance Innovation in Insurance Companies and Regulatory Compliance in Financial Services Firms.

Kini is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant licensee candidate. His other credentials include CISA, CIA, CFM and CMA. He has also successfully completed qualifying exams and is a licensee candidate for CISM and CISSP.



Narasimha Kini

Over the last 20 years, Ankor has led the growth of very profitable Data/Analytics/AI businesses developing high impact solutions for Fortune 500 Banking, Insurance, Healthcare and Retail, Entertainment & Media clients within North America, UK, and Asia.

As Chief Digital Officer of EXL - a $2BN Nasdaq listed company that provides strategic digital transformation solutions and services to Fortune 500 companies - Ankor's responsibilities include deepening EXL’s cloud/data/analytics/AI capabilities and designing and deploying client digital solutions that deliver the trifecta impact of the improved experience, outcomes and efficiency.

EXL Digital is also charged with building EXL's next growth engine - data/AI powered “thin human” digital solutions and managed services - to solve large industry problems.

In his prior role, Ankor grew EXL's Analytics business from a niche double-digit revenue analytics practice into a $350M+ full-stack analytics powerhouse that is independently reported to the street. Leveraging its differentiated market position of an "enterprise execution partner with a data/analytics core", EXL analytics delivered 24 quarters of continuous revenue growth. Along the way, Ankor led several strategic pivots including the expansion of data/analytics capabilities through organic investment and acquisitions and integration of various domain and technical capabilities to move from services toward solutions. EXL Analytics has been recognized by various industry analysts including [Gartner](/org/gartner), IDC, and HFS.



Ankor Rai

Vikas Bhalla is a member of EXL’s Executive Committee and leads the Insurance business. Vikas stepped into this role in 2014 and has contributed significantly to the growth of the company, doubling the size of EXL’s largest industry vertical. Since he stepped into this role, EXL’s Insurance business has evolved to a global, strategic transformation partner across both the Life & Annuities and Property & Casualty markets and has been recognized as a leader by industry analysts.

After joining EXL in 2001, Vikas helped EXL establish its Process Excellence, Migrations and Consulting organizations. As global delivery head for EXL’s Operations Management business from 2009 to 2013, Vikas helped EXL expand delivery locations into new countries including the Philippines, South Africa, Eastern and Central Europe and US.

A thought leader in the areas of insurance, business operations and digital transformation, Vikas has led various strategic initiatives over the years including the launch of platforms and BPaaS-solutions, outcome-based engagement models, and value-driven transformation. He is presently leading EXL’s move to a ‘Work from Anywhere’ enabled Future Operating Model.



Vikas Bhalla

Keith is Senior Vice President and Global Insurance Digital Lead. He is a proven executive with over 30 years of diverse business experience in Life and Annuities. Over that time, Keith was a Partner at [Accenture](/org/accenture) where he held multiple roles including running the Life insurance E-commerce practice, CRM practice and Insurance BPO practice. He also served as Client Partner for a number of large Insurance carriers. During his time with [Accenture](/org/accenture), Keith also served as the COO/CIO for Marketplace by [John Hancock](/org/john-hancock). His main focus is client management, business growth and profitability, client delivery and driving the Life and Annuity business strategy. In addition, he leads the the LifePRO and LISS Platform businesses in the US and UK. As well as EXL’s Life and Annuity TPA business.

Keith earned his AB in Computer Science from [Brown University](/org/brown-university).



Keith Johnson

Vivek Jetley is Executive Vice President and Head of EXL Analytics, a fast growing, 4000-person strong Data & Analytics business spread across US, UK, Europe, Australia and Asia Pacific. EXL Analytics has grown 25x since 2010 and is now one of the largest analytics service providers in the world. EXL Analytics leverages its advanced analytics and AI expertise, proprietary data assets, and enterprise data management capability to design and deliver solutions that deliver business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.

Vivek is a seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience in strategy and management consulting to Insurance, Financial Services, Media and Healthcare companies across the world. He has broad experience in using Analytics for Marketing, Risk Management, New Product Development, Operations and Financial Management.

Vivek has been with EXL since the acquisition of Inductis in 2006, where he was a Partner. He has excelled in various leadership roles within EXL including heading enterprise strategy and setting up a strategic deal team. In his current role he helped build the EXL Analytics business, and shaped its overall strategy and capabilities through partnerships, investments and business acquisitions.

Before EXL, Vivek was a partner at Inductis, a specialized Analytics consulting firm that focused on Financial Services and Healthcare clients and started his career as a consultant with [Mitchell Madison Group](/org/mitchell-madison-group). He is a Computer Engineering Graduate with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.



Vivek Jetley

Amy Lupinski is currently the SVP of HR at EXL. Prior to their current position, Amy held various HR positions at IBM from 1997 to 2021. In their role as the Global HR Partner for the Financial Services Sector, they were responsible for leading a team of 10 HR Partners in support of the sector with responsibility for all HR-related activities. Amy also worked with the senior executive leadership team to strengthen the diversity pipeline, focus on and improve workplace climate, identify and develop executive and technical leadership, and increase workforce productivity. Her previous positions at IBM include HR VP, Global Technology Services, Americas and EO Account Representative.

Their manager is Rohit Kapoor, Vice Chairman & CEO. Amy Lupinski works with Baljinder Singh - SVP, Global Head of Digital Intelligence Transformation & Global CIO, Bhavna Newle Chopra - SVP, and Vivek Jetley - EVP, Business Head - Analytics.

Mr. Kapoor is the co-founder & CEO of Exlservice Inc. Prior to founding EXL, Mr. Kapoor served in various senior executive roles at [Bank of America](/org/bank-of-america) and [Deutsche Bank](/org/deutsche-bank) both in America and in Asia.

He led the IPO of EXL in 2006 and was instrumental in consummating several early stage acquisitions that resulted in enabling strong growth areas for EXL. A forward-thinking leader with expertise in identifying market trends, Mr. Kapoor has dramatically scaled EXL’s investment in areas such as advanced automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence, to position EXL into a strategic digital transformation partner. His prescient strategic decisions have propelled EXL for a 10x growth since the IPO employing over 32,000 professionals serving clients across five continents.

Mr. Kapoor serves on the Board of the America India Foundation (AIF), a non for profit organization leveraging the cross border bridge between US and India. He also was the Lead Independent Director on the Board of CA Technologies (acquired by [Broadcom](/org/broadcom) in 2018).

Mr. Kapoor graduated as a mechanical engineer from the [Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi](/org/indian-institute-of-technology-delhi) and holds a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.



Rohit Kapoor

Mike has overall responsibility for commercial software product solutions at EXL. In this role, he is charged with co-leading EXL’s digital strategy, innovation and product incubation programs and is responsible for delivering a portfolio of innovative and market leading products and solutions that serve clients across their service value chain to enhance growth, profitability and customer experience in a dynamic digital world.

Mike has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and a fortune 500 technology executive in US Domestic and International markets. He is a digital innovator with a track record of leading and leveraging disruptive technology trends and using innovation to lead business and technology transformations to drive business growth.

Mike joined EXL in 2016 after nearly 13 years with ADP. Most recently, as SVP & CIO, he led ADP’s International product and technology organizations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to this role, Mike served as CTO for ADP leading the innovation and digital transformation of its cloud solutions for 5 years. He started at ADP as CTO of ADP’s Time & Labor Management Group after his start-up was acquired in 2003.



Mike Toma

Nalin Miglani is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. He is responsible for building a market-leading, client-centric workforce, growing and nurturing talent on a global scale. Nalin has delivered business-driven HR strategy at global, national and regional levels. He was most recently the Chief HR and Corporate Development Officer for [Nutreco](/org/nutreco-nv), a $5 billion global leader in animal and fish nutrition, where he led the creation of a comprehensive framework for strategic execution and a new rewards strategy, among other initiatives.

Nalin also served as the Chief HR and Communication officer for the $1.5 billion Tata Global Beverages Company, where he focused on organizational design and cultural transformation. He also held various global and regional HR leadership roles around the world during a 10-year career at [The Coca-Cola Company](/org/the-coca-cola-company).

Nalin holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a BA in Economics from the [University of Delhi](/org/university-of-delhi).



Nalin Miglani

Baljinder is Senior Vice President, Global Head of Digital Transformation and Chief Information Officer. He joined EXL as part of the founding management team and has over twenty years of global leadership in Business, Technology, Product Development, Transformation and Digital.

Baljinder leads strategy, innovation, client engagements and delivery of Digital Business solutions powered by Domain Expertise, Data based Analytical Context and Advanced Digital Technologies - delivering enhanced Customer Experience and Intelligent Business Operations.

He manages Advanced Digital Technologies and Productization of Digital Solutions in industry domains of Insurance, HealthCare, Banking, F&A, Utilities, Transportation and Travel.

A strategic thinker with a distinguished combination of business domain knowledge, advanced digital technologies expertise and consultative solutioning; he partners with the clients to reimagine their business and drive transformational outcomes and accelerated business impact.

In his roles as the Global CIO and Global Head of Product Development, he has envisioned and fostered EXL's enterprise and business-technology landscape and built the foundation of and managed our commercial-technology offerings through product development and platform business services.

Baljinder has a bachelor in electronics engineering and holds accreditations from Kellogg School of Management and [Indian School of Business](/org/indian-school-of-business). He is an active member of the Chief Digital Officer, CTO and CIO fraternity, a distinguished speaker and a contributor in industry initiatives. He has been named in the 'CIO100 Hall of Fame' as industry leaders that drive strategic business value through Technology and Analytics Innovation.

Namit is Senior Vice President, AI & Analytics at EXL Analytics. He is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of extensive experience in analytics and consulting. Namit has advised several Fortune 500 companies to find innovative data-driven solutions across Customer Marketing Strategy, Risk Management, Operations, Strategic Cost Management, & Customer Servicing Strategy.

Namit’s expertise across Banking & Financial Services, Retail, E-commerce, Telecom & Media enables him to pioneer new analytics functions, develop innovative business solutions, and improve organizational processes. He is a strategic leader and trusted advisor focused on driving business results and maximizing profitability.

He holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Namit Sureka

Maurizio Nicolelli joined EXL in Jan 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Maurizio brings tremendous financial, operational and leadership experience to his role as head of EXL’s finance function. A member of EXL’s Executive Committee, Maurizio is based at EXL’s corporate headquarters in New York.

Prior to EXL, Maurizio was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of [Casa Systems](/org/casa-systems). Previously, he served 23 years at FactSet Research Systems, where he was Senior Vice President, Principal and CFO.

Maurizio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from [Syracuse University](/org/syracuse-university) and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from St. John’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.



Maurizio Nicolelli

Mr. Sahney has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2016. He is a leader in the healthcare industry with over 25 years of experience across all areas of healthcare. In 2016, Mr. Sahney is the founder and CEO of PharmaCord, LLC, a company that helps biopharma manufactures address product access hurdles. Mr. Sahney is the former President and CEO of [Omnicare](/org/omnicare-inc) Inc., a former New York Stock Exchange-listed Fortune 500 Company in the long-term care and specialty care industries. Prior to [Omnicare](/org/omnicare-inc), Mr. Sahney managed a healthcare investment fund, and was the Founder and CEO of RxCrossroads, a specialty pharmaceutical company. Mr. Sahney is a board member at Option Care Enterprises, a leading providers of home infusion service



Nitin Sahney

Sonila Pokharia is EXL’s Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer (CCO). In this role, Sonila is responsible for leading a world class Compliance and Ethics program.

Sonila brings significant operational compliance experience having worked extensively in the highly regulated insurance industry. Prior to her role as CCO, Sonila led service delivery for EXL’s Life and Annuities business. Joining EXL in 2001, Sonila has made significant contributions to strengthening EXL’s insurance capabilities in Insurance and the business. She was also instrumental in establishing new delivery sites in locations such as Manila, Philippines, and Richmond, VA.

Sonila holds a Masters in Economics from Jodhpur University, India.
