Saurabh Jain

Saurabh Jain is a Consultant II at EXL since September 2019, where significant contributions include the development of a robust monitoring process for call metrics and a sophisticated system for evaluating predictive model performance to optimize customer offers and sales. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Business Analyst at Confluence, NIT Kurukshetra, from September 2015 to April 2019, as well as leadership positions within the Students Activity Club during the same period. Saurabh Jain holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, completed in 2019.
