Sonal Dhanjal

Sonal Dhanjal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at EXL since July 2011, including Vice President - Level 2 and Global HR Lead for the Insurance Business. With a solid background in creating and executing HR strategies, managing migrations, and leading strategic people projects, Sonal has progressed from Senior Manager to Assistant Vice President within the organization. Prior experience includes positions at PVR Blu-O, Madura Garments, and The Claridges, where responsibilities encompassed manpower planning, employee life cycle management, and training management. Sonal holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources and Information Technology from Amity Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Software Systems from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
