Swati Goel

Swati Goel is an experienced consultant currently working at EXL since June 2021, holding the title of Consultant II. Prior to this role, Swati served as a Senior Analyst at Accenture from July 2018 to June 2021, and completed a management trainee position at Medlife.com for a brief period in 2017. Swati began a professional career at IBM India Private Limited, where the position of Assistant System Engineer was held from January 2014 to June 2016. In terms of education, Swati earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management between 2016 and 2018 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from ITM Gurgaon, completed in 2013.
