Vandana is a skilled professional with experience in the fields of collections and reporting analysis. Vandana began working at SAVI Infoservices (India) Pvt. Ltd as a Collections Executive from March 2021 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing Patient Relation Statements, utilizing various tools such as OpenPM and ZOHO, and improving data-driven decision-making through key performance metrics analysis.
