Hensey Vega Laiton

Hensey Vega Laiton is a seasoned professional in branding and design with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as a founding member at Sophi & Phill since June 2023, Hensey also holds roles as an international speaker and master mind educator with EXMA Global, as well as a professor at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana since 2013, where contributions include teaching courses on brand theory in commercial spaces and global image. As the founder and creative director of Lebrand Studio since January 2013, Hensey focuses on creating and managing brands through emotionally rational strategies. Previous experience includes a position as a brand designer at Interbrand. Hensey's educational background features a Master's in Consumer Behavior, Psychology, and Advertising from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, in addition to a Master's in Branding from ELISAVA and a specialization in branding from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. Hensey earned a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
