Previously, José Paulino González held multiple security leadership positions at Wood from 2008 to 2020, including Director of Security for both the Americas and the Western Region, where strategic security initiatives were developed. Earlier experience includes a position as a Security Consultant with G4S, specializing in the hydrocarbons sector. José Paulino González holds various degrees in security management and critical infrastructure protection from institutions such as Universidad Militar Nueva Granada and Instituto Universitario de Tecnología de Maracaibo.
