Rebeca Brand

Rebeca Brand is an accomplished Creative Director at BRAND R STUDIO since April 2020, responsible for shaping global brand content strategy for the beauty and fashion sectors, achieving over 10 clients and more than 90 projects within two years. Concurrently, Rebeca serves as a Speaker for EXMA Global, sharing expertise in marketing education. Rebeca founded AYRAWEAR, a sustainable lifestyle brand focusing on stylish sleepwear and loungewear, from March 2013 to June 2021. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Managing Director at Foodpanda, where strategic objectives led to significant user and restaurant acquisition, and a consultant at Aquanima, implementing supply chain improvements. Rebeca's earlier experience includes senior consulting at Deloitte & Touche and entrepreneurial ventures in luxury swimwear distribution. Rebeca holds an MBA from IE Business School and a BS in Business and Administration from Universidad Metropolitana.
