Alexander John Hallam has worked in a variety of roles across several industries. Alexander John started their career in 2012 as a Laboratory Assistant at Advanced Medical Solutions. In 2014, they moved to Eurofins Agroscience Services as a Microbiology Technician, and in 2015 they were a Microbiologist at Sanofi. In 2017, they became a Validation and Manufacturing Scientist at The University of Manchester, followed by an Associate QA Manager at Instil Bio in 2020. Alexander John then took on the role of QA Manager at Instil Bio before becoming a Quality Lead at eXmoor Pharma Concepts Ltd in 2022. Throughout their career, Hallam has been responsible for managing and developing quality assurance teams, introducing electronic pharmaceutical quality systems, and managing PQS systems. Alexander John has also been responsible for developing GMP training systems, performing process improvements on PQS systems, and managing and issuing controlled documents.
Alexander John Hallam completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Lancaster University between 2010 and 2013. Alexander John then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Microbiology and Infection at the University of Birmingham, which they completed in 2014.
