With several years experience creating cell and gene therapy products, Mike has expertise in aseptic cell culture, cell counting, viability and cryopreservation techniques, ELISA assays, as well as immunohistochemistry and FACS. He has also worked in cellular plasmid transfection, RNA extraction and qPCR, developing skills as a result of his MSc project and time spent working as a research technician.
