Igor Rodnov has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Igor started their career in 2007 as an IT Manager at Lear Corporation, where they integrated the IT department in three plants and was involved in budget planning, infrastructure setup, and ERP systems integration. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Senior System Administrator at Homecredit, where they managed department operations, ensured task completion within deadlines, and provided IT support for multiple offices and credit points.
In 2011, Igor joined JSC Vimpelcom as the Head of Technical Support for consumer clients, Microsoft. Here, they led a team of 14 people, set and monitored key targets, managed the budget, and implemented ITIL best practices in the user support process.
Igor then worked at RusVinyl LLC as an IT Unit Manager and IT Services Manager, where they managed personnel, controlled department budget execution, and implemented IT infrastructure plans. Igor also introduced ITIL processes, implemented a new ServiceDesk system, and managed incident management.
From 2014 to 2015, Igor served as an IT Manager at Boryszew Plastic RUS, where they oversaw the implementation of an ERP project, analyzed and improved business processes, and provided technical support for IT infrastructure and business applications.
At OS33, Igor held the position of Information Technology Operations Manager from 2015 to 2020. Igor managed a team responsible for NOC/SRE operations, established 24/7 coverage, and implemented automated monitoring and incident resolution processes. Igor also handled project management, documentation analysis and design, and resource planning.
Currently, Igor works at Exness as Information Systems Manager. Their responsibilities include building an innovative internal products ecosystem, implementing and customizing third-party platforms, and building internal product development teams.
Throughout their career, Igor has demonstrated expertise in IT management, personnel management, budget planning and execution, process improvement, infrastructure setup, and project management.
Igor Rodnov started their education in 2001 at the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod (LUNN) where they pursued a degree in Public Relations. Igor completed their studies in 2006, earning the Specialist qualification. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, Igor attended the Volgo-Vyatskaya Academy of Public Service to further their education in State Management, graduating with a Manager degree.
