Mahmuda Islam

Mahmuda Islam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mahmuda started their career as an intern at SKB Associates in 2016. Mahmuda then worked as an Assistant Manager of Operations at Donutes Coffee and Cake Baking from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they were a Sales Service Representative at Takbir Sukma SDN BHD. Mahmuda transitioned to the role of a Senior Analyst at Quantanite from 2018 to 2019, where they managed data processing and content moderation. Mahmuda then worked as a Multilingual Customer Service Executive at Illusion Biz Sdn Bhd from 2019 to 2020, where they focused on building customer loyalty. In 2019, they also took on the role of a Social Media Manager at Installationart.tv, where they developed and implemented digital marketing strategies. Mahmuda continued to enhance their sales skills as a Sales Executive at Avango Berhad from 2020 to 2020. Most recently, Mahmuda worked as a Hindi Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions, where they provided accurate translations and interpretations for various industries. Currently, they are a Retail Account Manager at Exness.

Mahmuda Islam completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Putra Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2015 to 2018, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Mahmuda also obtained their A levels from Mount Hermon School in Darjeeling from 2006 to 2008. Before that, they completed their O levels from The Indian School in Bahrain in 2006.

Mahmuda Islam has also obtained several additional certifications. In December 2021, they completed the Advanced Anti-Money Laundering for Financial Institutions certification from the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF). Mahmuda also obtained the Ethics, Integrity, and Fairness in Financial Services certification from the same institution in December 2021. In February 2021, they received an EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET). Additionally, Mahmuda obtained a certification in Medical Terminology from the International Institute of Buffalo in July 2020.
