Application Security Engineer at Exness

Mikhail Nabiullin has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2015, they completed an internship at "Akkol" Center of Space Communication, where they gained experience in managing geostationary communication satellites and analyzing telemetric information.

From 2016 to 2018, Mikhail worked at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Mikhail initially served as a monitoring team officer, where they handled security monitoring using various tools and participated in security incident investigations. Later, they were promoted to the role of Senior Network Security Officer, where they were responsible for monitoring the information flow, responding to security incidents, and analyzing event logs.

Following their time at the Ministry of Defense, Mikhail joined Digital Security in 2018 as a Penetration Tester. In this role, they conducted assessments to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks.

In 2021, Mikhail transitioned to work as an Application Security Engineer at Exness, where they focus on ensuring the security of applications.

Additionally, in the same year, they joined Synack Red Team as a Synack Red Team Researcher, where they conduct research and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

Overall, Mikhail Nabiullin has extensive experience in various areas of information security, including penetration testing, security monitoring, incident response, and application security.

Mikhail Nabuillin graduated from the Military-Space Academy A.F. Mozhaisky in 2016 with a degree in Aircraft Control Systems. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a PensterLab CTF Badge from PentesterLab in May 2019, became a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) through EC-Council in September 2019, achieved Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) status from Offensive Security in April 2021, obtained the Burp Suite Certified Practitioner (BSCP) certification from PortSwigger in December 2021, and most recently obtained the OffSec Web Expert (OSWE) certification from OffSec in July 2023.
