Violetta Kryaneva

Violetta Kryaneva has a diverse work experience in various companies. Violetta started their career at Gazprombank as a Trainee of the Training and Development Department from July 2010 to July 2011. Violetta then joined Crocus Group, Тк Твой Дом as an Assistant of HR-Director from September 2011 to August 2012. After that, they worked at Salym Petroleum Development as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist from November 2012 to April 2018. Violetta then moved to Weatherford, where they held the role of Senior Talent & Development Advisor for Russia & CIS, UK, Norway, and South Africa from May 2018 to May 2020. In their role, they were responsible for talent and development functions across different geozones and delivered various workshops and trainings. Currently, they are working at Exness as the Learning and Development Manager since June 2020 and recently became the Global Induction Manager in December 2021.

Violetta Kryaneva pursued their education in the field of Human Resources Management. From 2007 to 2012, they attended Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they earned a Specialist degree in Human Resources Management. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, they attended Stonebridge Associated Colleges Ltd., where they obtained a Diploma in International Human Resources Management.
