Isabelle Joachim

Isabelle Joachim is an experienced project manager and civil engineer with a strong background in construction management. Currently, Isabelle serves as a Project Manager at exo - Réseau de transport Métropolitain, overseeing railway station and infrastructure projects since November 2018.
