Jacques Coulombe

Jacques Coulombe has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Jacques started their career in 2000 at CN, where they held various roles including Product Manager, Linehaul Revenue Officer, Fleet Manager, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Freight Claims Investigator. In 2013, Jacques joined Canadian Pacific Railway as Manager of Commuter Train Operations. Jacques managed a team of 50 individuals and exceeded punctuality performance targets. In 2015, Jacques joined Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain as Director of Planning and Operations, overseeing train activities in Montreal. Jacques later became a Senior Director, responsible for managing a team of 65 individuals and ensuring compliance with suppliers. Jacques also had a brief teaching role at Collège Sain-Jean-sur-Richelieu in 2004.

Jacques Coulombe earned their Diploma of College Studies from Cégep de Sainte-Foy between 1989 and 1991. Jacques then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, completing it in the years 1992 to 1995. Jacques furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Logistic and Transportation from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, which they successfully completed from 2000 to 2003.
