Reyhan Mutlu

Reyhan Mutlu is an accomplished Quality Engineering Manager at Exo since October 2021, previously holding the position of Principal Quality Engineer. With extensive experience in quality management, Reyhan served as the Director of Quality at Invenio Imaging, overseeing program management and design control for medical device development in a start-up environment. Prior roles include Head of Quality Department at Tyche Medtech Inc., where responsibilities included managing quality documentation and conducting internal audits according to ISO 13485 and GMP standards. Reyhan's auditing expertise stems from roles as an ISO 13485 Lead Auditor at Perry Johnson Registrars and a Lead Auditor at SZUTEST, specializing in medical devices. Reyhan began a career in quality and process control as a Process and Quality Control Engineer at Akademi Metallurgy after earning a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Material Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
