Sara Salsini has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, serving as General Manager for multiple regions at EXO Travel from January 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included budgeting and leadership. Prior to this, Sara held similar roles at Asian Trails from April 2011 to December 2017, including General Manager for Malaysia & Singapore and Operations Manager for Malaysia, focusing on customer support and travel arrangements. Earlier experience includes a project officer position with Democratica, Scuola di Politica, and a postdoctoral fellowship in comparative politics at Università di Bologna. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from Università di Bologna and a Professional Master in Organization, Marketing, and Management of Touristic Enterprises from CTS Tourism Study Centre.
