Maxime Burgonse

Maxime Burgonse currently serves as Chief Technical Officer at Exobotics, a position held since December 2018. Prior to this role, Maxime gained experience as a Research Assistant and Visiting Student at the University of Cambridge between September 2017 and December 2018, and completed a trainee position at ESA/ESTEC focusing on the evaluation of additive manufacturing for MEMS devices and space qualification of electronic components from March to August 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a teaching assistant at EPFL for various courses from February to December 2016, evaluating prototypes for SoftWing from February 2014 to June 2015, and managing finance and logistics for the French Youth Team from May 2012 to September 2013. Maxime earned a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge (2019-2022) and holds multiple degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from EPFL and Imperial College London.
