Sonja Knierim

Sonja Knierim is an experienced professional in software testing and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Automated Software Testing at exocad since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sonja worked at AutoForm Engineering GmbH from September 2008 to June 2020, holding positions as a Test Engineer, where automated testing procedures were developed, and as a Software Engineer, focused on software development in sheet metal forming. Earlier experience includes positions as a student assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt from October 2002 to March 2008, supporting teaching and research in mathematics, and at GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research, where responsibilities included programming for data analysis and database development. Sonja Knierim earned a Diplom in Mathematics from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completing studies from 2000 to 2008.
