Ben Colbridge

Ben Colbridge has extensive work experience in the travel industry. Ben began their career as a Travel Consultant at Exodus Travels in 2005, where they sold and booked small group adventure travel holidays. Ben then joined Audley Travel in 2007, where they held several roles including Senior Japan, China & Central Asia Travel Consultant, Sales Manager, Assistant Head of Sales, and eventually became the Head of Canada, Alaska, Iceland & The Arctic. In this role, they were responsible for the full P&L and business development for the UK, IE, and EU markets. After leaving Audley Travel in 2020, Ben joined Discover Holidays as the Head of Business Development. In this role, they grew a retail travel sales team, implemented various initiatives to improve team performance, and targeted the US market. Currently, Ben is the Head of Commercial at Exodus Travels, a position they assumed in 2022.

Ben Colbridge attended the University of East Anglia from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a BSc degree in Molecular Biology & Genetics.
