Jon McMillan is a Hardscape Specialist at HDA Construction, with experience in designing and implementing exterior landscape features such as water features, retaining walls, and patios. Since May 2017, Jon has utilized various machinery and equipment to complete projects safely and to customer specifications. Additionally, Jon has interned at Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. since December 2016, gaining insights into the recruiting and staffing industry while acquiring social media marketing skills. Earlier experiences include working as a Laborer with Student Painters, where exterior painting and surface preparation were key responsibilities, and serving as a Server at Redhawk Grille, providing exceptional customer service. Jon began a sales career as a Sales Associate at Gander Mountain, specializing in outdoor equipment. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Ohio University, completed in 2020.
