Ray Tebout, SPHR, GPHR, CASAC, currently serves as Associate Vice President of People and Practices at Exodus Transitional Community, Inc., having previously held the role of Director of People and Practices. With extensive experience in equity-based human resource solutions, Ray functions as Owner and Chief Consultant at Mindframe Development Solutions. Additionally, Ray is active on the boards of both The Fortune Society and The Petey Greene Program, contributing to finance, governance, and DEI initiatives. As a consultant for the Vera Institute of Justice, Ray supports strategic guidance on restorative justice practices. A former Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Rutgers University-NJ STEP, Ray focused on helping formerly incarcerated students complete their degrees. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a fellowship from Columbia University.

Though grounded in our re-entry programs, we offer a broad spectrum of services for adults and youth affected by the justice system, and we are proud to lead the policy and advocacy efforts that promote positive change in our communities. Whether through direct service or service referrals, our mission is to ensure our participants not only become contributing members of society but also that we meet as many of their daily needs as possible to ensure they succeed and live well.
