Manu Agest is a skilled professional with a diploma in industrial engineering and maintenance, currently pursuing a position as an industrial project manager or methods engineer through an apprenticeship. They have gained extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement during their apprenticeship at Getrag Ford Transmissions, where they successfully implemented strategies that reduced product rejections and enhanced assembly line efficiency. Manu previously worked as a test and validation engineer at Fortil and has also completed internships focused on industrial engineering. Currently, they serve as a methods engineer at EXOES, continuing to develop their expertise in the field.
