Katrina Pastor

Katrina Pastor is a seasoned project manager specializing in product development across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Currently serving as Chef de projet développement nouveaux produits at FAREVA, Katrina oversees the development of sterile ophthalmic products from concept to first commercial batches. Previous experience includes roles at Capsum, where Katrina managed cosmetic product development projects, and IM Projet, focusing on industrial project planning for Sanofi Pasteur. Katrina also held a project management position at Pierre Fabre Group, coordinating over 100 promotional products' development. Prior roles at CHANEL involved leading the development of makeup and skincare products, ensuring compliance with marketing expectations. Academically, Katrina holds engineering degrees in Chemistry from Chimie ParisTech and École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, along with a Green Belt Lean Industry certification from Pillet Consulting and additional training in environmental science from INSA Toulouse.
