Kay Tanner

Kay Tanner has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Kay most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Exo, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Freudenberg Oil & Gas Technologies from July 2014 to October 2021. Before joining Freudenberg, Kay worked as the Human Resources Director/HR Business Partner at IHS, Inc. in 2013 and as the Human Resources Director at R&M Energy Systems (acquired by National Oilwell Varco) from April 2011 to August 2013. Earlier in their career, Kay was the HR Director at FCC Environmental from February 2008 to April 2011 and at Expro from May 2001 to February 2008. At Expro, they played a key role in developing the company's HR department as it grew its employee base from 250 to 1400. Overall, Kay has a strong background in HR strategy development, talent management, and organizational growth.

Kay Tanner completed their JD degree at South Texas College of Law Houston from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they obtained their BS degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
