Bryan Rice

Bryan Rice has a diverse and extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Bryan is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at EXOKERYX, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a self-employed Independent Consultant starting from June 2018.

Bryan has held various leadership positions in prestigious companies such as Roswell Biotechnologies, where they served as the Vice President Silicon Integration and Manufacturing Fellow from September 2021 to April 2022. Bryan was also the VP, Core Technology Research at Biological Dynamics from March 2020 to July 2021.

In addition, Bryan has worked at Inpria, where they were the Vice President Product Integration from September 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they held important roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, serving as the Vice President, Products and Integration from July 2014 to June 2018. Before that, they were the Senior Director, R&D Transformation from May 2013 to July 2014.

Further in their career, Bryan worked at SEMATECH (Intel Assignee) as the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives from September 2011 to May 2013. Bryan also had a significant role at Intel, serving as the Director, Lithography, SEMATECH (Intel Assignee) from July 2008 to September 2011. Before that, they worked as a Senior Staff Scientist at Intel from April 1998 to June 2006, where they contributed to advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes in lithography and metrology.

Bryan Rice holds a Ph.D. degree in Physics from Duke University, which they pursued from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their M.S. degree in Physics from Duke University between 1992 and 1994. Continuing their academic journey, Bryan obtained an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1991. Bryan began their undergraduate studies at the same institution, earning a B.S. degree in Physics from 1987 to 1991.
