Guido de Boer

Guido De Boer has an extensive work experience in various financial roles. Guido started their career at MeesPierson as Director of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets in 1998. Guido then joined The HEINEKEN Company in 2004 as the M&A Director, where they led significant business development projects. Guido later served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board member at United Breweries Ltd., India's largest beer company. In 2013, they returned to The HEINEKEN Company and held multiple roles, including Finance Director for Heineken France, CFO Americas, and CFO Europe. In 2022, they joined Exor N.V. as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, which is a leading diversified holding company in Europe.

Guido De Boer attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics & Business. In addition, they completed several executive management programs at Harvard Business School in 2016, IMD in 2008, and INSEAD in 2007.
